Unclaimed Tickets
Every Bookmaker must remain on the allocated stand and be prepared to pay out any outstanding bets until 20 minutes after the declaration of weight of the last race on the programme at the meeting on which he or she is operating. LR 91(u).
In the event of a customer retaining an unclaimed betting ticket for a race meeting, you can arrangement payment by:
- Attending the Racecourse where the Bookmaker is working next or:
- Find the Bookmaker here on this site and contact them, either through their phone number, email or website.
- Mail the original ticket (keep a copy) along with a self-addressed envelope to the Bookmaker ℅ The NSW Bookmakers Co-Operative: PO BOX 9 Croydon Park NSW 2133
make and retain a photocopy of the ticket and post the original ticket to the Bookmaker at the address shown in the list of Bookmakers (click here) or, if no address is listed, to the Bookmaker,

If payment is required by cheque, please remember to enclose details of who the cheque is to be made payable, your name, address and contact telephone number. If payment by electronic funds transfer (EFT) is preferred, please provide your BSB, Account Number and a telephone number for contact. - Please allow 14-21 days for cheque payments
